I am still fairly new to home brewing. (I have brewed about 6 batches to date). I used a recipe that replicates Dog Fish 60. The recommended yeast was not available at my beer supply store. They recommended the liquid California Ale V yeast. I brewed on the morning of July 4th. As of this morning (7/6), I am not seeing any bubbling in the airlock. Is there a problem? Could the visible fermentation take longer? Am I being too impatient??? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The temp is about 68 to 70 degrees.
