Recipe Print Errors

When I create a recipe under "My Recipe" my default columns are "#-Amt-Name-Type-%IBU-IBU".
When I press to print this recipe it changes order to "Amt-Name-Type-#-%IBU-Volume".
How to I correct this to print exactly as "My Recipe" was created.

Not sure here but since all of the items are printed in HTML it seems likely that the characters may be getting interpreted as HTML when printing also.

You can't change it. Even if you make a custom report, the ingredients are hidden inside a table ($INGREDIENTS) that you only access as a whole, with no access to the contents of the table.
