My club is having a little experiment making saison. Personally, I thought that is more of a warm weather brew. But we are getting yeast and a little grain stipend. The winner might wind up as a commercial contract brew. I am going to buy farmhouse ales, I have radical brewing. Then I plan to look at some online recipes. I usually study, then formulate my own recipe. Just looking for advice.
