It looks like it switched the recipe to something else. The title was different and the ingredients seems to be something else. Maybe it overwrote the recipe with a different one as well. I did this twice before I noticed something was wrong.
It definitely would be nice to be able to lock recipes from being changed, by bugs, or fat fingers of the user...
