My sincere apologies for the site outage from 20-22 Feb 2010.
Our professional web hosting service had a major incident at their server site (actually someone set off the fire supression system wiping out a large number of servers).
Service was restored late on the 22nd, but as the outage affected all of our sites and our email, I may have missed your email. Please resend or repost your question if you did not get a reply.
Again I apologize for the outage - our web service has historically been very reliable, and this was an unusual outage.
