Very High Def Monitor Fixes (for Windows)

I just posted a link to a beta version for very high def monitors (build 2.2.13).  A lot of people running windows on "beyond HD" monitors with scaling of 150% or 200% were having trouble with this.  These changes will also be in all future versions of the software:
