I've been a Beersmith 2 user for a number of years and have used it in conjunction with BrunWater.
I thought I'd give Beersmith 3 a try and experiment with the water additions section.
I have a brew which is 50L in the mash, 15L for sparge and 9L for top up in the fermenter.
The water additions are calculated for Mash and Sparge but nothing for top-up. How do I know what salts to add to the top-up?
