What do you do with your spent grain?

Composter.  I have one of these:

Works great!  Just make sure to mix the spent grains in well.  Otherwise, they tend to clump-up, and take longer to break down.

I dump mine over in the cow field. They eat it up like candy. If its been in the cooler a couple of days I dump it up in the garden. I don't want to make the cows sick.

I bag mine up in a couple of large plastic bags from Wall Mart and throw it in the trash. No problem if done near the end of the week before trash day. If there are any leaks in the bag do not put it directly on the bottom of the can because in the winter time it will freeze to the bottom of the can, until it thaws out! Although I have had thoughts of boxing them up and sending them to Al Gore!!
