Where in the world is Mr. Citra?

I am running low on Citra hops and probably waited too long to order in bulk from some of the internet shops.  My question is how can all the shops be "out of stock" so early after the harvest?  Anyway, I'm looking for advice on what's a good substitute.  I've read Simcoe but it sounds like one would miss the Citrus aroma.  My favored recipe is a mix of Cascade and Citra but without the Citra I'm looking to alter my brew until the 2012 harvest is in later this year.

thanks for the tip at Rebel Brewer.  Purchased some Saaz as well...my next batch will be a Pilsner (first stab at a AG Lager).
