I walked a buddy of mine through his first all grain batch today and we did Russian River's Pliny the Elder. This is the recipe we used:
5.5gallons
12.5 lb two row
8oz CaraPils
8oz Crystal 40*
Mash 151* 60 minutes
12oz Corn Sugar (boiled 45 min)
3.5 oz Columbus (15.2% AA) 90 minutes
.75 oz Columbus 45 minutes
1oz Simcoe (13.2% AA) 30 minutes
2.5 oz simcoe, 1oz Amarillo and 1 oz Centennial flameout steep
Will dry hop 1oz each Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial
Then a second dry hop of 1/4 oz each
OG was 1.070

Should finish dry. Around 1.010 +/-
