Some tips on how to use the shopping feature...
- You can add all the ingredients for a particular recipe to the shopping list by just selecting the recipe and pressing the "Add to list" command on the second toolbar.
- In shopping list view you can also add "other" items such as equipment, cleaning supplies and misc items by pressing the "New Item" command and entering a title for the item on the list.
- You can "Round up" the amounts on your shopping list using the "Round Up Selected Amounts" command on the second toolbar - just select the items and the amounts will be rounded up to the nearest whole value. This is useful when you purchase grain in whole lbs or kgs for example.
- You can add your shopping list to the inventory by pressing the "Add to inventory" button. In some cases you might want the amounts rounded up to your purchase amount first.
Cheers!
