Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout clone ?
« on: April 15, 2014, 01:56:06 PM »
Recently introduced to the Samuel Smith's line of offerings.  Had to stop on the Organic Chocolate Stout (OCS) when I got there .. I liked it and the wife loved it. Does anyone know of an acceptably close extract clone recipe ?

I'll be curious to see if anything pops up. It is a really tasty brew.
I found a recipe for a "Young's Double Chocolate Stout" clone. Hopefully that will be close.
It's an extract with steeped grains.
