I'm basically new to brewing (I brewed a few full kit batches over 10 years ago so I'm not counting that) and am looking forward to graduating from partial mash to full grain brews once I've built up the knowledge and confidence base. I posted a question last week and got some good advice so thanks for that (just posted a follow-up with another question in case anyone feels like helping out a noob some more)
I live in Western Australia. Keen to hear from any other Aussie brewers here, though I have found a local brew club and look forward to attending a meeting in a couple weeks.
