Another nice tip...
Sometimes you want to copy the basic ingredients from a recipe (or some other data) and paste it into an email, web page, or form (such as our BeerSmith Discussion Form).
Fortunately you can do that easily from the preview pane.
1. Make sure the Preview pane is turned on (View Menu)
2. Select the item you want to preview
3. In the preview pane, select the text you want to copy
4. Right click on the selected text and choose the "Copy" command on the popup menu.
5. Go to the destination application or file and paste the text using the Paste command on the Edit menu.
