Hey guys!
I'm working on a new project to quickly isolate single strains of wild yeast for brewing and was hoping to accumulate some good wild yeast recipes and get an idea of what usually works for a wild yeast and what doesnt. For instance, is there a type of beer that usually lends itself better towards wild yeast, like IPAs perhaps?
I'd love any input you may have on recipes or anything else having to do with this project!
You can check out more details on our kickstarter campaign page. If it sounds like something you'd be interested in then please consider contributing! It's really cheap for us to get started (and for you too... only $9) so every person counts!
