Hey, welcome to the forum!
Are you talking Sydney Australia? or Sydney Canada?
I got an uncle who lives just outside of Sydney Australia he makes wine but no beer. Happy brewing and don't forget to tell us how your first all grain kit goes.
Charlie
A long time ago way back in history, when all there was to drink was nothing but cups of tea, along came a man by the name Charlie Mops and he invented a wounderfull drink and he made it out of hops. He ought to be Admiral, a Sultoun, or a King, and to his prasies we shall alwas sing.

Yea that's Sydney Australia.

I posted in brewing discussions about my boiler problem ( getting scorch wort ).
Not much luck so I've decided to buy a gas burner there not to expensive $80 and see what happens.
I was using 2.4kw immersion element.

Cheers and thanks for your welcome.

Hey Brad I sent you the pics the other day of my all grain kit.

Yes,
I saw the pictures and it looked great.  Your setup is nicer than mine!  I thought I also sent you a reply didn't I??
