Backing up BeerSmith

I plan on doing a fresh install of Windows 10 and want to back up all my BeerSmith stuff.  I have a few equipment profiles, a bunch of recipes and a few reports I created.  What is the best way to get these backed up so I don't have to recreate them when I re-download BeerSmith?
