citra Hops?
« on: December 18, 2008, 04:32:53 PM »
I got 4 oz of Citra Hops (13.5% AA).  Can anyone tell me what the "Beta" is?

Hi,
I'm not sure what the beta is for Citra (its a fairly new hops), but the alpha is used in the calculations while the beta is not.  So if you enter the alpha you should be fine for using it in a recipe.

Cheers,
Brad
