BS3 reporting as BS2

My customer installed bs3 and already created some recipes. Today he opened his bs3 and bs3 asked to add a bs2 license (???). The title and window message is saying bs2 version and if he try to add his bs3 license, it not work.

He never installed bs2 and until today everything worked as expected (bs3+bs3 classic key).

He use Microsoft Windows 10 version and bs3 translated to portuguese. He downloaeed and installed bs3 and translation through bs3 site files.

It seems a bug from bs3 and I do not know how can I help him to solve that question. It's very weird situation.

I would recommend emailing Brad directly at beersmith at beersmith dot com with your issue.  That will get you the quickest response.
Recycle your grains, feed them to a goat!
