Mash Thickness question

I

illinibrew04

OK, this is probably a dumb question, but I've been using Beersmith for awhile now and I love it, but can't seem to find a way to change any of the following:

-Mash thickness in qts./lb.
-Amount of sparge water per pound of grain
-Grain absorption constants

Are any of these adjustable in the program? Thanks for the help.

OK, so I found the mash thickness, but still having trouble with the other two.

Thanks,
Nick

The easiest way to create you own sparge volumes is:

1) Select 'Details' from the Mash Profile in your recipe
2) Change the 'Batch Sparge Using Batches that fill' to 0%
3) Insert a manual step with the sparge volume you want - adjusting the sparge water / lb.
