Hi everyone,

greetings from centre France! I've been brewing at home for a few years now. I'm quite into running my own small experiments, i.e. cutting a batch in two, and trying the effects of different yeast strains, pitching rates, fermentation temperature, and so on... Here to share good advice and learn about beer.
