Brewing Steps Questions

I am making a chocolate stout.  I have 1LB of lactose I need to add during boil.  When I select it as a Sugar (Milk Sugar) Lactose the only options I see are to add it in at mash or add it in after boil.  How do I get this sugar to display add into boil for 60 min in the Brewing steps instructions?  Or is that just not possible?

I noticed I am using 9.25 lbs of grain, 1LB of sugar, .25 lb of chocolate extract.  Where it says total grains used its adding in the lactose and extract.  That will not effect any of my other figures will it?  Like how it calculates strike water?
