also I'm in Hatfield PA, I've been do all grain for about two years now. currently run a 30 gallon boil pot for a 20 gallon batch.

Too sweet. 20 gallons! Holy crap. I'm just now gearing up for ten gallon batches in the future. Are you off the northeast extension near those meat plants? Glad you are here. You have valuable experience to share.
