I am looking at a Beer Smith recipe for a Pal Ale with a low Alcohol and came a cross
Brads Smiths (An American  Ale) after reading it over I can not find any yeast in the recipe or am I just over looking it?

I am looking for something low in Alcohol that I can drink more of on a hot summer day with out getting plowed under

Thanks

Check my blonde recipe.  I tamed it down a little from last summer.  Both should be on my brew logs page..

I believe I used plain old American ale yeast with that one.

However, if you are an all grain brewer and want a great summer beer I would recommend my Wit instead (its in the sample recipes with BeerSmith - and also on our recipe page).

Thanks jomebrew I checked out your brew logs page and saved it to beer smith,  I am sure I will be making it this summer
