Hi folks...New to this whole brewing game in a sense, have my first batch of coffee stout sitting in the secondary as I type. Been hoping to get into this lovely game for a few years (the wife's promise to me when we moved into our house), but finally stumbled into the funds to be able to afford the kit I wanted. Looking forward to learning from those of you that've been doing this for years. I figure I'm 27 so I have 6 years to make up for already.
