Boiling water infusions

I use a cooler for a mash tun, and I prefer to use boiling water for infusions (especially the mash-out).  I don't really care what the water-grain ratio is - I want to let that vary for a fixed infusion temperature.  However, the infusion editor doesn't allow me to edit the infusion temperature - only the grain ratio.  Am I missing something?
