I have selected a profile of "Single Infusion, Full Body, Batch Sparge.  In the Mash In description is says "Add 28.06 qt of water at 157.5F.  That seemed a little low for 19.25 pounds of grain.  I also saw in the bottom it shows a Mash Volume Needed of 8.52 gallons.  The Sparge Volume is listed as 9.73 gallions and I thought you wanted to keep those close to each other, so I need to ask which number do I go with?  28.06 quarts or 8.52 gallons?

Interesting.  The "mash volume needed" field is supposed to be the total water used by the entire mash schedule.  So, the sum of all infusion steps, etc.  For a single-infusion, I'm not sure why its reading 1.5 gallons higher than your infusion step.  Its reading 1 gallon high for me on my 5 gallon system.

The water added should be the value listed in the mash step: 28.06 qt.  Your 28.06 qt for 19.25 lbs is 1.46 qt/lbs.  That's a reasonable ratio, but is that what you wanted?  If not adjust the mash step to what you want it to be.
