partial boil volume?
« on: November 28, 2012, 08:31:36 AM »
I do partial boils in a 5 gallon SS kettle, extracts & partial mash biab. How does one tell BS2 that it's a partial boil? This program is so manual everything it makes it a lot more complicated to understand vs hopville's beer calculus. Def need some help here... ???

You would create an equipment profile and then fill in the top up water for kettle with however much water you add to make your preboil volume.
