New to all-grain and Beersmith2
« on: March 06, 2013, 06:00:59 PM »
Just wanna say hi.  I'm new to all-grain, having just done my 1st batch of Czech pilsner last weekend.  I used my own malted barley and got disappointing results, so decided to buy commercial malt for my next batch.  We'll see how that goes.

Cheers!

Well jumping to AG is a step let alone malting your own. Hope you enjoy your new addiction like we all do.
