Found my recipe in Brewing for Dummies, then I screwed around with it.
Made 4 batches. One with Cinnamin, one with Clove, one with ginger and one with nutmeg.
Let them all sit for 2 years and then mixed them all together...OMG it was worth the work and the wait! 20 gallons of pure gold. Forgot, that was in 2000, and I still have some. TALK ABOUT RESTRAINT!
