Hi All,
I have been brewing all grain for several years doing the maths and calcs on paper. I am glad to have recently purchased BeerSmith to give the ol' brain a rest. I especially like the BeerSmith "water section" since the bicarbonates in northern Indiana are off the chart. Hope to pick up some great tips and make some new friends on the board. Thanks.
