how to delete grain and recipes items

Hello, I downloaded all the grains and recipes. Way too many and takes too long to scroll through to get what you want. Question: how do you delete items or how do you revert back to original grain list?

If you want to delete an item, you just go to ingredients, then the database you want. Find the item, highlight it and click Delete, found in the upper left of the task ribbon.

However, to find the item you want, there is a search bar, at the top of the list. This is available when designing recipes, updating ingredients and substituting items. In short, anytime you look at ingredients.

You can also click the top of any column to sort the items in ascending or descending order.
