Brewing with Tea
«

Hi Guys,
I got my english pale ale base recipe setup in brewsmith and I wanted to do a little twist with it and try dryhopping with Earl Grey Tea in a secondary fermentation.
I wanted to add the ingredients and the method in Brewsmith but cannot find where to put it. And just in case, any advices on brewing with tea? Earl grey seems good no?
Thanks in advance!

You can add any ingredient if you don't see it on the list.
In the past I've added tea after fermentation is complete with good results.

To add an ingredient, click on "ingredients", then select the appropriate category (miscellaneous in this case), next click the "add misc." icon, then fill in the name and pertinent information, click OK.
