Relative bitterness ratio

Hi, how I can apply the Relative bitterness ratio (RBR) in Beersmith? My BU:GU is 0.2 and my RBR is 0.3. Can I increase the IBU and simulate a RBR value in Bitterness Ratio display? Thank You.

In fact, I realized I don't understand anything about this topic (RBR)
.
Could someone help me with an explanation, please? Thank you

It's a formula that's applied to the IBU/SG ratio based on the apparent attenuation of a fermented beer. Pretty useless, IMO, since hop utilization models are educated guesses. Start with a guess = end with a guess.
