Boil off rates
« on: April 02, 2009, 06:34:16 AM »
It would be more helpful to have the boil off rate as GPH or QPH instead of a percentage for those who do different sized batches using the same kettle.  Regardless of how much liquid is in there, the GPH boil off will be the same.  As it is now, we have to recalculate the percentage based on the volume and observed amount boiled off.

Thanks,

-Joe
