Hello all!
« on: March 21, 2011, 10:38:58 PM »
Name's Anthony, i'm just getting started in brewing.  My first beer was just from an extract kit that i got with my equipment package, but my second one was a weizenbock grain/extract mix that came out quite complex.  definitely one to save and make over again.  i decided to give it a go after one of my friends told me about how he had been brewing for a while and came up with some really interesting brews.

welcome aboard. I'm kinda new to brewsmith myself. Gotta alot of good ideas and alot of help.My motto is BREW!Tomorrow will be my !st anniversary of brewing.  Ironically it will be my 69th batch. Thinking of doing a RyePA. I have 4lbs of crushed rye around some juniper berries,6oz of hops, should be perfect.
GOOD LUCK!
