Just finished listening and I think it's very timely.
On the safety issue of using the more eco-friendly glass carboys, I always use a carboy bag or carboy parka when moving any of my glass carboys around. While the carboy harness is better than just the carboy handles, the bags or parkas give some protection against banging and they will help to contain any glass if broken. They may seem expensive but when considering the medical cost of recovering from broken glass injury, they are worth it.
