Author Topic: "could not connect to recipe server" iPhone when trying to get cloud recipes?  (Read 3191 times)

Bought the mobile app (iPad/iPhone) created a cloud account and it works on the computer (have the mac 64bit trial) Logged into my cloud account using the iPhone, and put my user name and password in, but all I get is "could not connect to recipe server" or it just spins and spins???  I have double/ trippel checked the user name and password but no luck? ODDLY enough it works on the iPad, but not the iPhone???

Please help.....

That is very odd.  I might recommend changing the password to something simple (letters and numbers) first to see if that helps.  Some people with very complex character combinations have had problems.
