- This week I welcome back Jamil Zainasheff. Jamil is an award winning professional and home brewer. Jamil authored the books “Brewing Classic Styles” and “The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation” and also co-hosts the “Brew Strong” podcast on the Brewing Network.
