This week I welcome Bryan Pietrzak, co-founder and Brewmaster at Twelvenote Brewing in Bridgeport, CT. Bryan is a former machinist, welder and touring drummer for a rock band. He is also a Siebel Institute graduate, who founded Twelvenote in 2025.
